  • Wednesday 16th afternoon: design session for up-cycling pallets workshop
  • From Thursday 17th to Saturday 19th morning: construction of the altar/fermentation room with pallets
  • Saturday 19th afternoon: Shou-sugi-ban workshop (ancient Japanese exterior siding technique that preserves wood by charring it)
  • Monday 21st: Charcoal production workshop and Shou-sugi-ban workshop.
